At TPS, we strive to provide excellent communication so you have peace of mind through the rest of your day. We always leaves a written progress report after each visit so that you know that we came and what happened during the visit. Because we know your dog’s commands, personality quirks and fears; these situations will be addressed on the log. For example, some dogs have anxiety, fear, or aggression towards other dogs so we will indicate how we avoided these situations or explain what measures we took and how your dog responded if avoidance wasn’t feasible. We also use the log to make you aware of any unusual occurrences like the same car driving by your house multiple times during our walk or spending too much time around your community mailboxes. If you don’t want to wait until you get home for an update, we will send you a text message with a photo of your dog to let you know that we have arrived and/or completed our visit.
