Four-Legged Fun Zone Referral Program – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

• The Four-Legged Fun Zone Referral Program (“Program”) is open to both current clients and non-clients who refer new customers to Four-Legged Fun Zone.
• Participants must be 18 years or older to qualify.

2. How It Works

• Participants refer friends, family, or fellow dog lovers to Four-Legged Fun Zone for daycare, grooming, or training services.
• The referred customer must book and complete their first paid service totaling $50 or more at Four-Legged Fun Zone before the referrer is eligible for rewards.
• Referral rewards do NOT apply to Tailored Pet Services’ offerings, including dog walking or pet sitting.
• Self-referrals (referring yourself) are not eligible.

3. Rewards & Limitations

🎉 Referral Reward Tiers:

• 🐾 Refer 1 Friend: Free nail trim ($25 value)
• 🎾 Refer 3 Friends: Free full day of daycare ($50 value)
• 🌟 Refer 4 Friends: $100 gift certificate for daycare, grooming, or training
• 🏆 Refer 5 Friends: Free WEEK of daycare (5 days, $250 value)
• 💰 Grand Prize: Refer 10 friends and choose between 3 WEEKS of free daycare ($750 value) OR $500 in cash!

✅ Additional Conditions:

• Referral rewards apply only after the referred customer completes their first paid service totaling $50 or more (before discounts) at Four-Legged Fun Zone.
• Dog walking, pet sitting, and any other services provided by Tailored Pet Services do not qualify for the referral program.
• Only one reward per referred friend—referrers cannot earn multiple rewards for referring the same person.
• The referred friend must be a first-time customer at Four-Legged Fun Zone. Existing or returning customers do not qualify as referrals.
• The $100 gift certificate cannot be exchanged for cash and must be used for daycare, grooming, or training services.
• The 3-week daycare reward must be used within 6 months and is non-transferable.
  Referral rewards must be redeemed within 6 months of issuance.

4. Referral Tracking & Qualification

• To qualify for a referral reward, the referred friend must provide the full name and phone number of the referrer at the time of booking or via the contact form. If this information is missing or incorrect, the referrer will not be eligible for a reward.
• Referrals must mention the referrer’s name at the time of booking OR via contact form.
• The referred friend must be a new client (someone who has never used Four-Legged Fun Zone before).
• Rewards will be issued only after the referred client completes their first paid service of $50 or more at Four-Legged Fun Zone.
• Referrals expire after 6 months if the referred friend does not complete a service.

5. Program Changes & Termination

• Four-Legged Fun Zone reserves the right to modify, pause, or terminate this program at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
  If the program is canceled, outstanding referrals that have not yet been confirmed as eligible will not receive rewards.
  Any fraudulent or suspicious referral activity (e.g., fake referrals, self-referrals, or multiple referrals of the same person) may result in disqualification from the Program.

6. Liability & Disclaimers

• By participating in the referral program, participants agree to release Four-Legged Fun Zone and Tailored Pet Services from any liability regarding lost, delayed, or incorrect referral rewards.
• Four-Legged Fun Zone is not responsible for any technical issues, miscommunications, or failure of a referred friend to complete their service.
• Referral rewards hold no cash value unless otherwise stated and are not guaranteed in the event of program cancellation.

7. Indemnification

Participants agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Four-Legged Fun Zone and Tailored Pet Services from any claims, damages, or losses arising from participation in the referral program.
