At Four-Legged Fun Zone, we’re looking for someone who’s ready to lead now, help us scale smartly, and grow into a Facility Manager role—with the potential for profit sharing and future ownership. You’ll help shape systems, mentor others, and eventually oversee the full operation of our enrichment-based daycare.
We opened just six months ago and currently care for a small group of ~10 dogs per day—but that’s just our launchpad. With the right person in place, we plan to at least triple our daily attendance and grow to our full capacity of 50 dogs/day. Our facility was designed to grow—and now we’re looking for the right leader to grow with us.
About Us
Four-Legged Fun Zone is a boutique dog daycare located in Everett and operated by Tailored Pet Services, a trusted name in local pet care since 2011. While our new facility offers daycare, grooming, training, and playgroups under one roof, our parent company continues to serve the area with dog walking, private training, cat sitting, overnights, and in-home boarding.
Our long-term vision is to become a true one-stop-shop for pet parents seeking quality, consistency, and care they can trust.
Why This Role Is Different
This isn’t a job where you clock in, clean up, and go home. You’ll start with 80% dog wrangling / 20% leadership, but over time, this role will evolve. You’ll:
- Help train and guide newer team members
- Take ownership of shift coordination and evaluations
- Help implement systems that make daily operations more efficient
- Be the bridge between frontline staff and management
- Have a direct line to ownership, and input on policies, people, and playgroups

What You’ll Need
- At least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role at a dog daycare or similar
- Proven experience managing off-leash playgroups of 8+ dogs
- Confidence mentoring others and enforcing safety protocols
- Organized and proactive with strong communication skills
- Comfortable with tech (we use Gingr and Google Drive daily)
- A long-term mindset—you’re not just looking for your next job, you’re looking to build a career
Schedule Options (choose one):
- 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM (4 days/week, Tues–Fri)
- 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (5 days/week, Mon–Fri)
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (5 days/week, Mon–Fri)
No weekends. No rotating schedules. Consistency is key for both our dogs and our people.
