Q. How do your sitters/walkers communicate with their clients?
During Visit: They will leave a progress report after each visit or they can send you a text message. If you prefer a text, we can send pictures/videos of the cute things your furry babies did while we were with them.
Emergencies: they will immediately phone you. If they cannot reach you, they will work with the corporate office to best handle the situation and email you a summary of what transpired.
Between Visits: Texting is the best way to communicate with your sitter/walk; however, they are not on-call so please give them adequate time to respond.
