Q. Who do I contact if I have a question or problem?

A. You can contact the office by phone, text or email.

  • Phone: A live operator answers our phone 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. Our Business Manager answers it Monday-Friday between 6am-2pm and Sound Telecom the remainder of the time. For urgent needs between 2pm-9pm, Sound Telecom may contact an on-call employee to assist you.
  • Text: Texts will be answered promptly between 6:00am-1:30pm by our Business Manager. Urgent texts arriving between 1:30-7:30pm will be answered at 8pm by our office assistant. Texts are NOT answered over the weekend so please call for immediate assistance.
  • Email: Email scheduling@tailoredpetservices.com and our office assistant will answer your email between 10-10:30AM and 7-7:30PM Monday-Friday. Emails are NOT answered over the weekend so please call for immediate assistance.
